Job summary

Cantey Foundation Specialists is seeking a Foreman in Training. You will work under houses, learn to lead a crew, and gain hands-on leadership experience while solving crawl space and foundation challenges.

Starting at $28/hour, with a path to Foreman, you’ll train on-site, travel to different job sites across the state, and receive company gear, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a clear advancement track as you grow into leadership roles.

This isn't a clipboard position.

You will be under houses, in crawl spaces, solving problems, making decisions, and learning what it takes to become a respected Foreman.

Physical Demands

This is a hands-on leadership position.

You will regularly:

• Crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and maneuver through crawl spaces
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment
• Dig, shovel, and perform physically demanding work
• Work in hot, humid, dusty, muddy, and confined environments
• Stay active throughout the workday
• Lead from the front by working alongside your crew

Expected Travel

This position requires travel to job sites throughout the state and surrounding areas. Team members should be comfortable with daily travel and occasional overnight stays.
