Summary:- You can live anywhere in Texas or Oklahoma- we pay your travel to projects in Texas and surrounding states.
- Travel:Travel is close to 100%, usual travel in 3 week sprints.
- All expenses are paid along with per diem, mileage and we pay for yourhotel if you are traveling.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for coordinating with project manager to ensure execution of electrical scope across a project, including assisting of planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of electrical personnel.
- Prepares scheduling and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work
- Liaison between project manager and on-site client representatives, partners or customers.
- Communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.
- Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines.
- Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, safety initiatives, timesheets and testing logs.
- Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards
- Completion of projects on schedule and within the prescribed manhours.
Minimum Requirements:- At least five (5) years' experience in the electrical industry, commercial retail preferred.
- Must have experience and current ability to lead small-medium size projects.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes
- Possess strong communication, customer-facing and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Preference to having an active State Electrical Journeyman or Masters license.
Compensation:- Pay will range annuallyfrom $90,000 to $130,000.
- Depending on experience and state electrical license
- This includes paid hotel,vehicle allowance, fuel card,per diem and performance bonus.
- Two weeks’ vacation earned on an accrual basis.
