Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Apprentice Certification OR High School + 4 years manufacturing/shipbuilding/military experience
• Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical + 3 years experience
• Experience supervising/leading trades workers

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate trades personnel.
• Train employees to improve quality and productivity.
• Develop practical action plans from broad strategies and ensure training of plans.
• Ensure compliance with drawings and procedures in manufacturing and assembly processes.
