Job summary

Isbell Construction LLC, an ElectriCom subsidiary, seeks a Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility construction projects in Florence, TX. This on-site, hands-on leadership role involves equipment operation, trenching, installation, and site preparation in all weather.

You will travel to job sites, including overnight assignments, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time performance. A CDL is preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Foreman experience in telecom, utility, or construction.
• 3–5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong safety knowledge and utility-location awareness.

We are seeking a Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility construction projects. This working foreman role provides on‑site leadership while performing hands‑on tasks including equipment operation, trenching, installation, and site preparation. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and travel to job sites—including overnight out‑of‑town assignments—is required.
