Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to oversee crews on our telecom construction projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely. You will manage equipment and materials, maintain production records, and coordinate with supervision to meet timelines.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on equipment operation, and strict adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations while fostering a safety-first culture across weather-exposed sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
