Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on construction experience with a strong framing background.
• 2–3+ years leading crews or acting as a foreman/lead.
• Ability to read plans and translate them into field execution.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crews on commercial framing, additions, and remodels.
• Execute daily work plans and maintain production pace.
• Read plans, layout work, and ensure field accuracy.
• Maintain job-site organization, safety, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
• Track progress and communicate updates to ownership/project leadership.
• Ensure quality control and address issues before they become problems.
