What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administering foreign-trade zones for QAD clients, including daily, weekly, and monthly compliance processes
- Preparing and filing daily FTZ admissions and submitting necessary forms to Customs and Border Protection
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping and operating the FTZ inventory control system
- Working with customers' compliance and technical teams to support new customer implementation projects
- Providing compliance-related services and validating FTZ data against documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience implementing or operating foreign-trade zones (FTZs)
- In-depth understanding of FTZ operations and related processes
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of XML file structure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing FTZ systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and programming languages
- Experience with import and export compliance systems
- Background in creating and executing test cases and test scripts
- Knowledge of electronic communication methods
