Job Description

This is a full-time, remote Salesforce Administrator/Developer role at Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. The role involves creating and configuring Roles, Profiles, Permissions, and Groups, as well as extensive work on Lightning Pages, Flows, and Reports. Significant changes to the Salesforce schema will be required, so an intimate knowledge of the Salesforce data model is essential. The role requires analytical skills, dashboard design skills, managing Salesforce.com administration tasks, and effective communication with team members and end users. The Production Org will be linked to an existing on-prem CRM platform requiring continuous bidirectional syncing using various technologies including Salesforce Connect.

• Proven expertise with Salesforce Flows
• Proven expertise designing Lightning Pages
• Proven expertise building and implementing Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce Connect and configuring External Objects
• Experience with Apex Classes and their use in headless processes or declarative tools
• Experience with Changesets and DevOps configurations
• Experience in the Financial Services space, specifically in Fixed Income trading and settlement processes
• Experience as a software developer
• Knowledge of SDLCs and CI/CD concepts and processes
• Experience with converting from an on-prem CRM to Salesforce
• Experience with Salesforce Inbox
• Experience with sales pipeline cadence tools (Sales Engagement, SalesVue, Salesloft, etc.)
• Experience with Service Cloud
• Dashboard Design skills
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Developer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
