Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a seasoned FTZ operations professional to support our Ohio and Nevada DC facilities. You will drive compliance for FTZ processes, manage admissions, transfers, and inventory, and coordinate with CBP, brokers, and internal teams. This role requires 5+ years FTZ experience and strong CBP knowledge.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree and are proficient with FTZ software systems like ONESOURCE, ACE Portal, and MS Office. This position is on-site at our Ohio operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of FTZ operations experience.
• Strong CBP regulations knowledge; ACE Portal experience preferred.
• Experience with FTZ software systems, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and serve as the primary point of contact for FTZ site-related inquiries; act as the primary contact for CBP, FTZ Boards, and logistics partners.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• 5+ years’ experience in FTZ operations.
• Experience with Customs compliance or international logistics.
• Strong understanding of CBP regulations and FTZ procedures; ACE Portal experience preferred.
• Experience with FTZ software systems, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Salary or Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
