Job summary

Crocs is hiring for an FTZ Operations specialist to drive compliance across OH and NV DC facilities, manage admissions/ withdrawals, and ensure accurate FTZ records. The role engages with CBP, brokers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support process improvements.

A strong background in FTZ operations and CBP regulations is required, with ONESOURCE experience preferred. The position offers a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• 5+ years’ experience in FTZ operations.
• Experience with Customs compliance or international logistics.
• Strong understanding of CBP regulations and FTZ procedures; ACE Portal experience preferred.
• Experience with FTZ software systems, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Salary or Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
