Responsibilities

• Support FMS case development, coordination, execution and case management.
• Prepare, process, track, and coordinate FMS case actions and docs.
• Monitor milestones and suspenses and follow through to completion.
• Support LOAs and related DoD documentation.
• Maintain FMS case files, trackers, status info and supporting docs.
• Coordinate with DSCA, Combatant Commands, SCOs and stakeholders.
• Assist international partner-nation coordination within programs.
• Prepare staff packages, reports, briefings, read-aheads and correspondence.
• Provide timely status updates and day-to-day program execution support.

Arlington, VA | Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Advanced Decision Vectors (ADV) is seeking a hands-on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), International Operations, Global Execution Division (OPS/GEX) in Arlington, Virginia.

This is an execution-focused, transactional FMS position responsible for day-to-day processing, coordination, documentation, tracking, and follow-up of FMS case actions. This is not a strategic, policy-development, senior advisory, or leadership role. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with FMS cases and managing detailed actions and documentation through completion.

ADV is the prime contractor supporting this effort on a contract running through 2029.

Work Schedule

Hybrid schedule with approximately 3 days onsite in Arlington and 2 days remote each week. Candidates must currently reside within reasonable commuting distance of Arlington, VA. We are only considering candidates who can reliably meet the onsite requirement.

What You'll Do

• Support FMS case development, coordination, execution, and case management activities
• Prepare, process, track, and coordinate FMS case actions and documentation
• Monitor actions, milestones, and suspenses and follow up through completion
• Support Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) and related FMS documentation
• Maintain FMS case files, trackers, status information, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with DSCA organizations, Combatant Commands, Security Cooperation Offices (SCOs), and other stakeholders
• Support international defense program and partner-nation coordination
• Prepare professional correspondence, staff packages, reports, briefings, read-aheads, and other program documentation
• Maintain accurate case and program information and provide timely status updates
• Support day-to-day FMS program execution, case tracking, and administrative requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Foreign Military Sales, DoD Security Cooperation, international programs, or related program coordination
• Current or recent experience performing day-to-day FMS case work
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Hands-on understanding of FMS processes, case lifecycle, and Security Cooperation policies and procedures
• Experience tracking multiple actions, documents, milestones, and suspenses
• Experience preparing military-style correspondence and staff products, including memorandums, information/background papers, read-aheads, briefing materials, and other formal DoD documentation
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple organizations and stakeholders

Experience That Will Stand Out

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

DSAMS | SAMM | CATMS | SCIP | LOAs | FMS Case Development | Case Execution | Case Management | Partner-Nation Coordination | Security Cooperation

Prior experience supporting DSCA or the broader DoD Security Cooperation enterprise is a plus.

This position supports Foreign Military Sales and DoD Security Cooperation. It is not a commercial logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply-chain position.
