• High-level proficiency in MS Office suite is required.
• Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as assignments, motions, and affidavits.
• Ensure timely responses to email correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Prepare and file status updates prior to scheduled hearings.
• File client declarations with the court.
