Job summary

Padgett Law Group in Media, PA is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support foreclosure and loss-mitigation operations, drafting documents, handling client communications, and coordinating with attorneys to advance cases.

Qualifications

• Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo and Vendorscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate courteously with borrowers, clients and attorneys.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet research.
• Knowledge of foreclosure processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and files legal documents, affidavits, and motions.
• Responds promptly to high volumes of email with courtesy.
• Builds relationships with business associates and clients.
• Provides exceptional client service at all interaction levels.
• Supports attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Prepares and files status updates before hearings.
• Tracks client declarations and court filings.
