Job summary

Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a full-time entry level foreclosure representative to assist attorneys by researching facts, organizing files, and preparing documents. The role requires independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Background check and two professional references are required. Salary is based on experience and education; candidates with a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using a computer and all MS Office products.

• Experience using BKFS, CaseAware, SSE, Tempo, Vendorscape, is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of mortgage default law is a bonus.

• Assist with file setup
• Request fee approval from clients
• Update firm and client systems
• Respond to specific client requests

Salary based on experience/education

A successful candidate must pass a background check and be able to provide two professional references.
