Job summary

Background check and two professional references are required. Salary is based on experience and education; candidates with a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and multi-task.
• Possesses a great work ethic and is detail oriented.
• Ability to think analytically and solve an issue quickly.
• Proficient in using a computer and all MS Office products.
• Must be a team-player willing to work well with others.
• Experience using BKFS, CaseAware, SSE, Tempo, Vendorscape, is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of mortgage default law is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with file setup
• Request fee approval from clients
• Update firm and client systems
• Respond to specific client requests
• Prepare periodic reports for managers, attorneys and clients, as needed
• Serve as a liaison between associated departments
• Assist with the preparation of training materials and departmental manuals
• Other duties as required by the department
