Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school, and member in good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court required.
• 1–3 years experience as a practicing attorney.
• Experience in real estate or foreclosure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing non-judicial foreclosure cases
• Reviewing and analyzing title work
• Drafting court documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Appearing at court hearings
• May perform other duties to support department goals
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
