Job summary

Our client, a national law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Denver Tech Center office. The attorney will oversee and support matters including foreclosures, real estate disputes, and related litigation, working closely with clients and staff from inception to resolution.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience in real estate/foreclosure or related areas, with a J.D. from an accredited law school and Colorado admission in good standing.

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Denver Tech Center office. The firm represents financial institutions and other business clients in a variety of matters involving real estate, creditor rights, and related litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands‑on experience, work closely with clients, and build a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Associate Attorney will provide legal oversight and support for a variety of matters, including foreclosure proceedings, real estate‑related disputes, and litigation matters. The attorney will work closely with clients and internal staff while managing cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage non-judicial foreclosure matters and related legal proceedings
• Review and analyze title reports, property records, and related documentation

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Following onboarding and training, attorneys may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, subject to business needs and management approval.
