We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Arizona office. The role offers the opportunity to manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, gain courtroom experience, and develop practical legal skills. This position provides a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with hybrid work flexibility and a small office environment within a multi-jurisdictional firm — all without a billable hour requirement.
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and with management approval.
The salary for this position typically ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
