Job summary

Our client, a national law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Denver Tech Center office. The attorney will oversee and support matters including foreclosures, real estate disputes, and related litigation, working closely with clients and staff from inception to resolution.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience in real estate/foreclosure or related areas, with a J.D. from an accredited law school and Colorado admission in good standing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in real estate, foreclosure, creditor rights, or related practice areas preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-judicial foreclosure matters and related legal proceedings.
• Review and analyze title reports, property records, and related documentation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, court filings, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents.
• Appear at hearings and other court proceedings as needed.
• Advise clients and staff on legal matters and case strategy.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements.
• Support departmental and firm initiatives as needed.
