Job summary

Aldridge Pite is seeking a Foreclosure Processor to manage data entry, draft documents, and ensure quality control in a high-volume environment. Knowledge of foreclosure processes is preferred but not required. The candidate should be a self-starter who adapts well to change.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, updating processing systems, and coordinating with clients and third-party vendors. Strong organization, communication, and task management are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Foreclosure or office experience preferred but not required.
• Must be very organized and multi-task oriented.
• Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
• Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change.
• Team player and willing to provide assistance in multiple areas whenever necessary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to status inquiries

• Closely monitor incoming Notice of Intent and Bids
