The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in high-volume work and adapts easily. Requirements include at least five years of foreclosure loan servicing experience, strong organization, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and internet tools.

Qualifications

• Foreclosure/default loan servicing experience required (5+ years).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and internet tools.
• Team player with adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Respond to status inquiries and communicate with clients/vendors/borrowers.
• Prepare documents, perform quality control, and update processing systems.
• Monitor client 3rd party systems and assist with SOPs.
• Support training of other employees and participate in special projects.
