Responsibilities

• Represent mortgage servicer and investor clients in residential and commercial foreclosure and related litigation.
• Appear in state and federal court for hearings and settlements.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery demands, and responses; prosecute foreclosures from start to finish.
• Review loan files and title reports; develop case strategy; manage matter budgets and fees.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with staff to ensure quality representation.
