Job summary

Freedom Mortgage seeks an experienced leader to manage the foreclosure department, ensuring adherence to policies, applicable laws, and the company’s guiding philosophy.

You will coach and train staff, organize workloads, supervise clerical teams and foreclosure attorneys, and conduct annual performance reviews to drive efficiency and quality of service.

A Bachelor’s Degree and 6–7 years of experience in a related field are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a Four-year College and 6–7 years of experience.
• Experience in supervisory leadership and department management.
• Ability to coach, train and evaluate staff within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the foreclosure department.
• Coach and motivate the foreclosure team to meet targets.
• Train new hires and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Organize workloads and assign tasks to foreclosure personnel.
• Safety, policy and law compliance across the department.
• Monitor foreclosure attorneys and quality of service.
• Directly manage clerical staff and supervise employees.
• Interview and hire new staff and address complaints.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold company policies.
