Newrez is seeking a Document Verification Specialist to review and validate foreclosure documents and to provide clear guidance to foreclosure firms. The role demands meticulous organization, accuracy, and the ability to work from our Tempe office.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience and hold an active Notary Public commission. Proficiency with Black Knight/LPS, MS Office, and PDF editors is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• College degree preferred
• 2+ years foreclosure experience required
• 3+ years direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience required
• Active Notary Public commission required

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review, validate, and execute foreclosure documents
• Provide concise feedback to foreclosure firms on documents needing revision
• Calculate and provide judgment figures and debt information to attorneys
• Ensure accounts are documented with accurate status updates
• Follow company guidelines and procedures
