Job summary

Ghidotti Berger, LLP seeks an experienced Non-Judicial Foreclosure Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of non-judicial foreclosures across jurisdictions. You will oversee intake through completion, ensuring accurate documentation and timely case progression.

You will lead a team responsible for document preparation, mailing, posting, publication, and title review, coordinate with Oversight, monitor SLAs, and handle jurisdictional nuances to maintain compliance and operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm setting or default environment.
• Trustee experience preferred within a law firm setting.
• 5+ years of prior managing experience in mortgage default or foreclosure.
• Direct management/leadership experience with coaching and development.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of non-judicial foreclosure files from intake to completion.
• Ensure documentation, notices, and legal processes are properly executed.
• Monitor case progress to guarantee timely closure in line with jurisdictional requirements.
• Directly manage a team responsible for document preparation, mailing, posting, publication, and title review.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Monitor SLAs and timelines; address bottlenecks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on changes in local laws affecting foreclosure processes.
• Allocate caseloads and adjust staffing to maximize efficiency and handling of volume.
