Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years Judiciary Foreclosure experience, preferably with corporate/legal groups.
• Working knowledge of 1st and 2nd lien foreclosures.
• Familiarity with foreclosure documents (Note, Mortgage, Verified Complaint, Lis Pendens, Final Judgment, Notice of Sale).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and process efficiencies through technology.
• Provide data support and analytics for management meetings.
• Implement Change Management related to procedural, legislative or investor changes.
• Supervise staff and manage performance, coaching, and reporting.
• Build strong vendor and cross‑department relationships to drive results.
