Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Delinquency Associate for the Foreclosure Figures & Support team. The role focuses on reconciling funds, applying payments, and assisting with foreclosure deadlines and reporting using Excel templates.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess up to 1 year of office work or mortgage servicing related experience.
• Experience performing detailed, quality focused work.
• Working knowledge of basic MS Word and Excel programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete ancillary duties supporting the Foreclosure process.
• Reconcile funds received and determine how they should be applied.
• Facilitate foreclosure sale postponements and calculate deadlines.
• Prepare figures using Excel templates and perform general research/reporting.
