Responsibilities

• Navigation and interpretation of department reports
• Deep understanding of client SLA’s and directives to prioritize effectively
• Read Notes endorsements
• Conduct team meetings
• Monitor pipelines
• Monitor workflow and productivity
• Identify potential back logs and implement proactive strategies
• Address scorecard findings with the team and provide rebuttals
• Visit the Delray office on occasion as needed
• Coach and mentor employees for skill growth
• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
• Other duties as assigned
