Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Foreclosure Collateral Specialist & Office Services to be fully onsite in our Delray Beach office. The role supports day-to-day mail room and collateral vault functions and ensures service is completed on all files where a complaint has been filed.

The position requires foreclosure and E-filing experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work quickly and with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Being punctual and a team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior Foreclosure experience is required.
• Experience with E-filing processes.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log collateral in the case management system.
• Verify note endorsement chain is complete.
• Draft LNAs with Attorney input.
• Communicate with clients to resolve collateral issues.
