Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze borrower situations and requests.
• Respond to borrower inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance on Loss Mitigation options and foreclosure processes.
• Maintain servicing system documentation of borrower contact.
• Monitor loan resolution status through Loss Mitigation until foreclosure.
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain needed information.
