Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati seeks a Foreclosure Analyst III to ensure timely, compliant completion of the Foreclosure process across FCL cases, coordinating with outside counsel and investors.

You will analyze bids and judgments, monitor timelines, verify title, and report risks while collaborating with default staff to transition loans between processes; strong knowledge of mortgage banking and federal/state laws is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a loan-servicing environment with exposure to Mortgage Default.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Manage 200 past or approaching standard FCL cases including FHLMC, FNMA, FHA/VA & Private Investors.
• Follow up on all FCL actions monthly to ensure investor guidelines and monthly status requirements are met.
• Analyze & manage FCL timeline performance to keep past-due cases under control.
• Identify contested FCL and document delays to investors.
• Coordinate with external counsel and in-house teams to ensure proper reporting and transitions.
