• Review Property Preservation Queue daily for new maintenance tasks at vacant properties.
• Monitor property preservation tasks and issue risk/change letters to hazard insurers.
• Coordinate with escrow to ensure force-placed insurance for cancelled policies.
• Review estimates from property preservation company and obtain investor/insurer approvals for repairs.
• Review invoices to ensure charges align with work performed.
• Manage code violations and coordinate with authorities to protect collateral.
