Job summary

Jobot, a women-owned law firm serving banks and financial institutions, seeks a Litigation Attorney to handle lender-side foreclosure matters. You will draft pleadings, litigate cases, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment with strong support for professional growth.

A JD, VA/DC bar admission, and 3+ years in title/bankruptcy/foreclosure are required. Hybrid or remote options may be available after training.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar in DC and/or VA.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Litigation Attorney with focus on title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in court and manage multiple cases effectively.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on foreclosure and creditors’ rights developments.
• Collaborate with teammates and support staff to achieve efficient case outcomes.
