Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Default Management Foreclosure Associate to support foreclosure operations with a focus on documentation accuracy and timely execution during legal stages.

You will ensure necessary documents are complete, reviewed, and properly approved before moving forward. The role involves printing, signing documents, coordinating with notaries, and handling 15–20 documents daily while meeting defined service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically four or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process foreclosure documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Print, prepare, and obtain required signatures on documents and coordinate with a notary as needed.
• Manage assigned work within a queue-based workflow to meet urgency and timelines.
• Maintain production standards, handling 15–20 documents daily while meeting SLAs.
• Track and meet performance metrics related to accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
• Partner with internal teams and external legal partners to ensure documentation requirements are met.
• Support mortgage and commercial foreclosure processes within the Doc Ex team.
