Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically four or more years of related experience.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, foreclosure, or default management operations.
• Familiarity with legal or document-intensive workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented and able to share workload.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process foreclosure documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Print, prepare, and obtain required signatures, coordinating with a notary.
• Manage work in a queue-based workflow, prioritizing urgent tasks.
• Maintain production standards, handling 15–20 documents daily.
• Track performance metrics related to accuracy, timeliness, quality.
• Partner with internal teams and external legal partners to meet docs.
• Support mortgage and commercial foreclosure processes within the Doc Ex team.
