You will handle a broad set of tasks requiring attention to detail, strong reading and writing skills, and proficiency with standard office software. The position requires in-office presence three or more days per week at a hub location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically four or more years of related experience
• Strong understanding of the business and broad office skills
• Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
• Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
• Proficient PC skills in word processing, spread sheets and graphics
• Effective verbal, grammatical and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad variety of operational support for foreclosures.
• Ensure proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Process foreclosure actions within investors and state requirements timelines.
• Manage attorney communication and direct vendors to meet applicable timelines.
