Job summary

Diaz Anselmo & Associates P.A. is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily workflow operations, support team performance, and drive operational excellence.

The role acts as a key resource, guiding and training team members while ensuring compliance with client, investor, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will manage and prioritize tasks, provide guidance on procedures, and perform quality checks to meet client scorecards and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, or related legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize team workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide guidance and support on departmental procedures, client requirements, and compliance standards.
• Conduct quality reviews and spot checks to maintain accuracy and adherence to client scorecards and internal expectations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for team questions, issues, and escalations.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to encourage professional development and improved performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry within internal systems and client platforms.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and implementation of process updates.
• Escalate operational, workflow, or compliance concerns to management when appropriate.
• Support audits, client requests, reporting initiatives, and departmental projects.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and share recommendations with leadership.
• Maintain a small portfolio of files while providing hands-on support during high-volume periods or staffing shortages.
• Assist with client status updates, reporting requirements, and scorecard rebuttals as requested.
