Job summary

Diaz Anselmo & Associates P.A. seeks an analytical Client Performance Administrative Assistant to anchor client relations, track KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance across foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate portfolios.

You will liaise between mortgage servicers, legal counsel, and operations to ensure SLA compliance and timely filings, with a high-volume caseload and potential career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in default services, bankruptcy practice, real estate litigation, or mortgage servicing.
• Core understanding of GSE directives and statutory default schedules.
• High-level mastery of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using legal case management systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for nationwide institutional accounts.
• Review and report on client scorecards and SLA adherence.
• Track milestones and timelines to prevent portfolio stagnation.
• Support audit,Compliance checks, and client inspections as needed.
• Compile data and create detailed legal case histories for leadership.
