Diaz Anselmo & Associates P.A. in Plantation is seeking a dependable Foreclosure Administrative Assistant to support our default, Foreclosure team. You will help manage client relationships, track file milestones, and ensure regulatory and client deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Draft legal documents to support operations of the Foreclosure department.
• Experience in default services, bankruptcy, real estate litigation, or mortgage servicing.
• Familiarity with foreclosure timelines and investor guidelines is helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication for clients and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Draft Legal Documents: Draft legal documents to support the operations of our Foreclosure department.
• Client Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for institutional clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor client scorecards and reporting schedules, helping to clear bottlenecks.
• Milestone Monitoring: Track active files against court and client timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Compliance Support: Assist with internal quality checks, client audits, and statutory tasks.
• Reporting: Compile case histories and pull reports for senior leadership.
• Team Collaboration: Work with attorneys, paralegals, and default staff to ensure filings are on time.
• System Management: Monitor and respond to system alerts, updates, and workflow changes.
