Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HOA/condominium collection and foreclosure experience.
• Experience with bankruptcy matters preferred.
• Strong understanding of Florida collection, foreclosure, and HOA procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Word and case management software; NetDocs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of residential and commercial foreclosure files.
• Prepare letters, notices, claims of liens, payoff statements, and payment plans.
• Answer phone calls and emails related to collection accounts.
• Receive and process payments.
• Input data into case management software and assign new cases.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising attorneys.
• Read and understand account ledgers and breakdown outstanding amounts.
• Help develop cases by maintaining contact with internal/external contacts involved in the case.
• Keep clients informed by communicating case progress.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, notices, affidavits, and other foreclosure documents.
• Prepare files for summary judgment hearings, trials, and foreclosure sales.
• Track foreclosure timelines and ensure timely progression of matters.
• Schedule and coordinate hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Review bankruptcy matters affecting collection and foreclosure cases.
