The role requires strong MS Office skills, clear communication, and meticulous organization to prepare notices, pleadings, and court documents, while collaborating with the team to ensure timely action and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with collection and foreclosure pleadings and filings.
• Communicate with delinquent owners via phone, email, and letter.
• Process payments and prepare payoff letters and estoppels.
• Prepare and generate notices, complaints, and final judgments.
• Instruct team assistants and manage hearing folders.
• Prepare and generate support documents for hearings and trials.
