Job summary

ISN Corporation seeks a Foreclosure Specialist in Oklahoma City to manage USDA Rural Development single-family foreclosure referrals from intake to resolution. Expect high-volume, detail-driven casework with emphasis on documentation, timelines, and coordination with law firms.

You will work in a collaborative environment, with training provided and opportunities for growth within the federal contracting space. A strong focus on process discipline and timely reporting will be essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screening and undergo government suitability investigation.
• 0-3 years of experience in real estate, title, property management, or foreclosure preferred — but not required. Training provided for fast learners.
• Strong written communication skills; role is primarily case administration and does not involve borrower phone calls, but you’ll communicate with law firms and teammates via email and instant messaging.
• Solid general computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); trained on internal proprietary case management system; prior exposure to loan servicing platform is a plus but not expected.
• Comfort with deadlines and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• A self-starter mindset – take ownership of your queue and look for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assign referrals to approved law firms and ensure all required documentation accompanies each case.
• Track and communicate with assigned law firms to keep cases on timelines.
• Monitor milestones – first legal action, service of process, judgment, and sale dates – and update the case management system.
• Track and record events that pause, reinstate, or resolve a case and update status accordingly.
• Coordinate document requests between client and law firms to close gaps (missing assignments, title issues, incomplete referrals).
• Maintain thorough, well-organized case notes.
• Compile monthly status reports for management and client review.
• Flag and escape any cases at risk of missing timelines.
