You will manage case timelines, draft and file sale documents, and collaborate with courts, lenders, and attorneys to move cases from sale scheduling through final post-sale closure.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years as a Legal Assistant, preferably within foreclosure, real estate, or default servicing law.
• Excellent precision and top-tier organizational abilities.

• Strong problem-solving talents and the aptitude to function independently as well as part of a group.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foreclosure sale documents: Draft, check, and submit foreclosure sale papers, notices, bidding directions, and sale verifications with precision and care.
• Collaborate with courts, sheriffs, master commissioners, auctioneers, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to keep matters progressing.
• Track important deadlines: Oversee timelines and ensure each legal requirement and milestone is met on schedule.
• Conduct research: Verify bankruptcy and military status, and investigate property details including legal descriptions, tax records, and lien data.
• Support post-sale activities: Aid in deed drafting, handling surplus funds, and filing confirmations.
• Maintain case records: Keep case management platforms and portals current; provide administrative and e-filing support to attorneys.

Required Qualifications
