Padgett Law Group in Louisiana is seeking a Foreclosure Attorney to handle drafting and reviewing documents, organize case files, and assist in appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff sales. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities and a culture that emphasizes People, Precision, and Performance.

You'll work with a state-specific team, collaborate across paralegals and assistants, and participate in weekly state meetings. Louisiana licensure is required.

Qualifications

• J.D., licensed in Louisiana (good standing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner

Responsabilités

• Draft and review legal documents for second level review by Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants.
• Shadow a senior attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff''s Sales.
• Assist in preparation in advance of appearances.
• Collaborate with state team members and participate in weekly state meetings.
• Engage with Supervising Attorney in weekly one-on-one meetings.
