Qualifications

• JD degree required and licensed in Louisiana, in good standing in all jurisdictions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings and other legal documents for foreclosure matters
• Organize case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and staff
• Shadow senior or supervising attorneys for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales
• Prepare for appearances and coordinate with state team
• Participate in weekly state meetings and one-on-one weekly reviews
