Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and assistants.
• Shadow senior attorneys for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales.
• Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
• Collaborate with state team members and participate in weekly meetings.
