Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking an Associate Director for Forecasting & Performance Analytics. This role focuses on forecasting and performance analytics across marketed and pipeline products in the biopharmaceutical sector.

The successful candidate will utilize advanced forecasting skills and oversee performance reporting for commercial, board, and executive teams. The position can be remote or hybrid based in Cambridge, allowing for work-life balance and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in forecasting, commercial analytics, or performance reporting in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills, able to build, present, and defend operational forecasts with precision.
• Well organized, analytical, and strong strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve operational forecasts across the portfolio including scenario planning.
• Develop and manage long-range planning forecasts in partnership with stakeholders.
• Own national-level performance reporting and analytics.
