Best Buy in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Sales Systems Optimization Analyst to help shape tools that support our sales teams daily. You'll work with sales partners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate ideas into smarter solutions.

This hybrid role requires on-site Monday-Thursday at the Richfield corporate office and Friday remote work. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus CRM and Agile experience.

Job description

As a Sales Systems Optimization Analyst, you'll help shape the tools that support our sales teams every day. You'll work closely with sales partners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to turn ideas and challenges into smarter, more effective solutions. If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and like bringing clarity to complex situations, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on how work gets done.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do

• Partner with sales teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively through ambiguity.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• 3+ year of experience with user acceptance testing, release readiness, or Agile practices.
• 3+ year experience partnering with technology, product, or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with B2B sales environments.
