Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a Model Manager in East Hartford to lead the PW4000 program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to drive program success in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong decision-making, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage customer-focused and programmatic objectives. This is an onsite position with responsibility for delivering on-time engine solutions and aftermarket

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years' experience in operations, engineering or program management.
Advanced degree with 7+ years in similar areas.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, fast-paced solutions for PW4000 program.
Identify and track material risks; drive action plans to mitigate impacts to customers and MRO shops.
Work with partners, suppliers, engine centers, and overhaul facilities to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
Mitigate critical issues related to delivery, induction schedules, and shop visit progress.
Establish processes, metrics, and goals to measure and improve performance.
Develop and implement aftermarket strategies and sustainment initiatives.
Provide timely status updates to senior leadership; manage reporting for IPMT and program leadership.
Track and report cost, schedule, engine status, customer updates, and financials.
