Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Forecasting Analyst to lead sales forecasting and demand planning for select business areas and manufacturing plants. The role involves monitoring regional production volumes, coordinating with plant schedules, and driving the monthly forecast through collaboration with Finance, Sales, Logistics, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or relevant
• 2+ years relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to take initiative to develop and implement new projects
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thirty-six month forecast in customer demand planning tool in SAP
• Support Volume Review Meetings and works closely with Finance, Sales, and Logistics in the monthly consensus forecast process
• Monitor customer volumes and schedules by accessing supplier portals or electronic production schedules to understand impact to AUMOVIO
• Collaborate with departments such as finance, operations and purchasing to understand strategic directions and adjust forecasting levels
• Lead driving process improvements
